Families, 

Parkview Elementary is the home of Preschool and grades K-2 in the Cameron R-1 School District.  Please complete this form by clicking this link or scanning the QR code below,  if your child will be five years old before August 1, 2026, and you are planning to send him/her to Kindergarten at Parkview during the 2026-2027 school year.  The information obtained in this form helps us prepare for the upcoming year to ensure we have enough teachers, resources, furniture, and supplies.  It also provides us with your contact information so we can send you official online enrollment forms, information about Summer School, Back to School Night, etc.  

The Kindergarten Screening will be held on Wednesday April 15th, from 4-6 PM.  Students currently enrolled in Parkview Preschool will be screened during the regular school day, however, their families are welcome to still come to Parkview during the screening window to tour the Kindergarten wing, receive important information and resources all geared towards helping students feel more confident as a Kindergartner.  Only parents of students new to Parkview (not already in our PreK) need to complete this form.  We will then contact those families to schedule a screening appointment for April 15th.  Please be prepared to bring your child's birth certificate, immunization record (shots), and proof of residency.  Proof of residency must be a utility statement, mortgage statement, or rental agreement.
